Shipping Policy
Our orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday (closed on public holidays and weekend).Which means orders placed on weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. This product does not ship internationally. We apologized to inform that we only accept domestic order.

you will received an email confirming your order shortly after you placed your order. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder. This is important because if you haven't received the order confirmation email, you also won't get the email with your shipping notification and the tracking information.

Please allow our order to be sent out via Pos Laju within 3 - 4 days. If more than 10 days have passed please email us at to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Returns - You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be
in the original packaging.

Exchange - Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a exchange process for about one week. You will receive a new product within 14 working days after we inspect the product that returned. Please take note that we doesn't provide any refund.
